How long will it take for me to get my order?

We normally ship out packages twice a week.  Ready-made products can be shipped out on the same week as ordered, but custom-made and special order bags can take up to three weeks for delivery. (Sometimes longer if the order is for over 300 bags.)

I need bags for an event this week!  Can you do a rush order?

We can only rush-order premade bags.  If you order from our discount lots or ready-made products, you can send us an email requesting Priority shipping. (Additional shipping charge may apply.)   We cannot put a rush on made-to-order products.

Why do custom orders take a few weeks?  Why is there a minimum order on custom bags?

We don't have a big factory and we do not warehouse lots of fabric on site.  In order to offer our customers a wider selection of fabrics and colors, we order fabric as it is needed from the distributor.  It generally takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the fabric at our sewing studio.  Once we receive the fabric, we set to work making the bags and shipping the final product out to the customer as quickly as possible.

The minimum order is set simply because there is a minimum quantity of material that we must buy.  If we charged the overall cost of making a single custom-made bag, our products would be quite expensive!

Why are your prices are pretty high compared to chain gift shops?

Most gift shops carry a stock of pre-made bags imported from Asia.  We don't.  We do all the sewing in our studio. You'll find that the fabrics we use are of a better quality without taking the shortcuts that mass-production factories tend to use.  We don't work with paper-thin satin or plastic-backed velvet fabrics.  We keep our operating costs as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of our products.

Are all your products made in the U.S.A.?

We do all the cutting and sewing labor in Florida.  However, the materials themselves are imported.  We'd like to use American-made fabrics, but there just aren't many textile plants left in the country and they don't necessarily cater to small-scale operations like ours.  We do have a small gift section that features ceramics, jewelry, and craft items made by US artists.
