Fancy Lined Gift Sacks

Fancy fabric gift bags lined on the inside with smooth satin.  These bags are designed to be used by inserting your gift item into the sack and then just tie the cord around the top to create a beautiful ruffled gift bag.  These are not drawstring bags.
