Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.

Orders Outside the USA

Orders outside the United States, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS!  Please include country you wish to have an order shipped to so we can calculate any additional postage.

Please note that while international shipping is available, packages are unable to be tracked or insured through USPS.

Domestic Orders (USA only)

You can order from us right on the web by using the online shopping cart provided. We accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.

If you prefer to send your payment through the mail, please contact us with your order and we will send you a printable invoice and mail-in instructions.

Be advised that all personal checks are held 10 business days for clearance. E-checks are held 5 business days. Work will not begin on custom-made orders until checks have cleared. We charge a $35.00 fee for all returned checks, electronic or paper.

For our customer's safety, all orders paid for through PayPal must be shipped to the customer's PayPal account billing/shipping address.  This is in accordance with PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection Services to help prevent fraudulent activities and identity theft. 

All orders over $500.00 are automatically sent by Insured mail.  If you have a smaller order and would like to have it insured for postal delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for arrangements.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that have not been insured.

Florida Sales Tax

Orders shipped to Florida must include sales tax. Sorry, but it's the law!  See our wholesale section for tax exemption information.

Processing Time for Orders

All of our products are made to order.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of receipt of payment.  Actual shipping time after the order is processed may vary depending on delivery service.  We generally use USPS for shipping. 

Larger quantity orders, Wholesale Orders, and Special/Custom Orders may take longer for construction time or fabric delivery  and we will advise you of any extensive delays. It is strongly suggested that if your order is time-sensitive that you contact us before ordering to assure your items will arrive before you need them.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS!

Backorders

Occasionally we do run out of supplies or stock.  Backorders are automatically held for 30 days unless "no backorder" is specified by the customer at the time of ordering, in which case a refund is issued.  If you do not wish to backorder, please advise us on your order form.

Shipping  Information

We use both USPS & UPS for shipping, depending on package weight. FedEx is also available through special arrangement only.

Shipping & handling rates for delivery in the USA are calculated on a percentage of sale total basis:

 Orders up to $49.99 ... 25% of total

Orders up to $199.99 ... 10% of total

Orders over $200.00 ... 6% of total

All orders over $500.00 are automatically sent by Insured mail.  If you have a smaller order and would like to have it insured for postal delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for arrangements.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that have not been insured.

International shipping is available, but are unable to be tracked or insured through USPS.  Please e-mail us for more information on alternative shipping methods for international ordering.

Cancelled Orders

Because these products are made-to-order, cancelled orders (before shipping) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  That may seem a bit steep, but we often are unable to salvage fabric that has been cut to your order specifications.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent out for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of these made-to-order items, we will only grant refunds or exchanges for two reasons:

We will grant exchanges or refunds on insured packages that have been damaged in shipping.  Should your package arrive damaged and you have purchased postal insurance (Orders that exceed $500 are automatically insured without charge), please contact us within 3 days. Do not send packages back to us without contacting us first for instructions.  Packages returned to us without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.

We will also grant exchanges or returns on orders that our incorrect from our error. (Example: you ordered a blue bag and we sent you a pink one.) Please see our Limited Product Guarantee below for a list of qualifying problems.

 If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for instructions. Do not send packages back to us without contacting us first for authorization. Packages returned to us without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.

Limited Product Guarantee

We offer a limited guarantee on all of our products that only covers the condition of the bags prior to shipping. We will replace any single bags in an order that are covered in this offer. This offer covers stains in fabric, tears in bags (prior to shipping condition), and sizing errors over an inch smaller than size ordered. It also covers incorrect orders by way of wrong order colors (red instead of blue.)

This limited guarantee does NOT cover wrinkles in fabric, slightly frayed edges due to nature of fabric or drawstring material, color dye lots or fabric weave changes, jagged or uneven stitching as a result of fabric type, slightly larger/smaller sizes in bag size or drawstring pocket hem within an inch, and damage during shipping (see Shipping Policies for information on shipping insurance.)

Replacement products under this limited product guarantee are shipped to you free of charge. (Although you will be responsible for any charges for shipping return orders to us.)

Any products covered by this limited product guarantee must be reported within 3 business days of receipt (postmarked date). You must contact us for authorization to return individual items for replacement. Do not send any products back to us without contacting us first for instructions. Unauthorized returned packages will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.
