Bulk & Wholesale Style Options

Drawstring Bags lay flat (they are not gusseted) and have a top pocket through which the drawstring is run. They are designed to prevent the open ends of the drawstring pocket to pucker and form "tabs" when the bag is drawn shut. The openings for the drawstring are tucked into folds on the inside of the bag, and the bag is drawn closed by pulling the string either upwards or towards the other side of the bag.

Gift Sacks and Wine Bags are designed to be used by simply filling the sack and then just tie the ribbon around the top to create a beautiful ruffled gift bag. These are not drawstring bags. For unlined gift sacks the top edge is chain-serged to prevent the fabric from unraveling. The chain-serge is generally done with either a matching or coordinating color, depending on availability.

Large Tassel Cords

Available for orders of at least 25 bags.

Used for wine bags, large gift sacks, and large drawstring bags. Approx. 1/8" dia. with 4" long tassels. Not available for drawstring bags that are under 5" wide or over 10" wide.

Colors: Burgundy, Gold, Pink, Purple, Red, Silver, and White .

Additional cost - $1.50 per bag.

Chainette Tassel Cords

Can be used in place of a satin ribbon for any type of bag. Available for orders of at least 100 bags.

Chainette tassel cords are made-to-order and are available in a wide range of colors and cord widths.

For average-size bags between 4" - 8" wide, these tassels run approx. $1.25 per bag. Contact us for pricing information on larger or smaller sizes.

Thin Knotted Tassel Cords

Can be used in place of a satin ribbon for small bags up to 8" wide. Available for orders of at least 50 bags.

Colors: Black, Dark Green, Grey, Kelly Green, Lilac, Maroon, Old Gold, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, White, and Bright Yellow-Gold .

Additional Cost - $0.85 per bag.

Satin Cord (Rattail)

Available for orders of at least 25 bags.

A sleeker alternative to basic satin ribbon.   Approx. 1/8" dia. Not recommended for bags over 12" wide or bags made with heavy fabrics.

Additional cost is $0.10 per bag.



Metallic Cord

Available for orders of at least 25 bags.

Metallic tinsel cord is a favorite for holiday gift bags.   Not recommended for daily use utility bags, as it will fray with frequent use. Approx. 3/16" dia. Not recommended for bags over 10" wide or bags made with heavy fabrics.

Additional cost is $0.12 per bag.

Lace Overlay

We can overlay black or white floral lace on your base fabric bags to give them a very romantic look for bridal favors or special packaging. This works very well when paired with satin.

Lace is a Luxury Category fabric, so the price per bag would be the base price of your bag plus the price of a Luxury fabric in the same size.

Additional lace can be added to the bottom of the drawstring pocket as shown in the photo on the left and described below.

Lace Accent Trimmings

A lace trim can be added to the bottom of the drawstring pocket to dress up fancy bags.
