Bulk & Wholesale Terms

Please read all the information regarding our terms and policies before placing a bulk discount/wholesale order.

 

Minimum Orders

Bulk discounts have a minimum of 25 bags in one style and color unless otherwise stated in the product description.  Different sizes are available for bulk orders. (Example: 10 small, 15 large in one fabric style and color is acceptable.)
 

 Price breaks are as follows:
1-24 bags ... Base price
25-99 bags ... 15% off
100- 299 bags ... 25% off
300... Contact us for wholesale pricing.
 

Payment Options


All wholesale/bulk discount orders must be paid in full before the order is processed. 


Payment can be in the form of a business check or personal check (held 10 days for clearance) or a cashiers check/money order (processed immediately.)  Checks/Money orders must be made payable to "Siren Productions".  All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.  We do not offer C.O.D. services.


Credit Card payment online through PayPal services only.  PayPal may limit customer's transaction amounts.  Customer should contact PayPal directly for their policy info and additional information. www.paypal.com


For our customer's safety, all orders paid for through PayPal must be shipped to the customer's PayPal account billing/shipping address unless prior customer shipping address confirmation has been made.  This is in accordance with PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection Services to help prevent fraudulent activities and identity theft.




 

Florida Sales Tax

Customers in Florida are subject to 6% sales tax. If you qualify for tax exemption, please provide a copy of your valid business license or other proof of exemption along with your first order. Florida customers who do not have tax exemption papers on file in our office will be charged sales tax.

 

Shipping Methods

Bulk quantity orders receive free standard USPS ground shipping for delivery in the USA.  (Sorry, this is not available for International customers.)

Customers also have the option of using their existing FedEx or UPS accounts to express deliver their orders from us at their own expense.  We do not charge handling fees for customer-arranged shipping.  Please contact us for more details or to make special shipping arrangements.

International (outside the USA) shipping quotes are estimated by fabric weight and distance to ship using USPS, FedEx, or other shipping services.  We do shop around to find the best shipping rates possible for our international customers.  Please be advised that many large orders are composed of several boxes to allow for easier transport or on large quantity shipment schedules. 


 

Processing Time


All of our products are made-to-order and hand-finished, so processing times will vary according to quantity and order in which it was received.  Most orders that have a quantity of under 500 bags can be usually processed and shipped within 14 business days.  Actual shipping time after processing may vary according to shipping method used.


For larger orders, please contact us with any processing time concerns before placing your order. For orders exceeding 500 bags, we may break the order down into multiple shipments and process them in "batches". An example of a large shipment schedule would be a 5,000 bag order broken up into 5 shipments that are shipped as the bags are completed.


Orders for Special Request Fabrics and very large orders may have an additional waiting period for us to receive the fabrics or large material quantities before processing.  We will advise you of any expected delays or time concerns when taking your order.

 

Cancelled Orders

Because these bags and fabrics by the yard are cut and made-to-order, cancelled orders before shipping are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  Fabric bolt orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent out for shipping.


 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of these made-to-order items, we will only grant refunds or exchanges for two reasons:
We will accept returns or exchanges on insured packages that have been damaged in shipping.  Should your package arrive damaged and you have purchased postal insurance (Orders that exceed $500 are automatically insured without charge), please contact us within 5 business days of receipt (post-marked date).

Do not send packages back to us without contacting us first for instructions.  Unauthorized returned packages will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.


We will also accept returns or exchanges on orders that are incorrect by our error.  (Example: You ordered red bags and we sent you blue ones.)  Please see our Limited Product Guarantee below for more information.

If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt for instructions.  Do not send packages back to us without contacting us first for authorization.  Unauthorized returned packages will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.

 

Limited Product Guarantee

We offer a limited guarantee on all of our products that only covers the condition of the bags prior to shipping.  We will replace any single bags in an order that are covered in this offer.  This offer covers stains in fabric, tears in bags (prior to shipping condition), and sizing errors over an inch smaller than size ordered.  It also covers incorrect orders by way of wrong order colors (red instead of blue.)


This limited guarantee does NOT cover wrinkles in fabric, slightly frayed edges due to nature of fabric or drawstring material, color dye lots or fabric weave changes, jagged or loopy stitching as a result of fabric type, slightly larger/smaller sizes in bag size or drawstring pocket hem within an inch, and damage during shipping (see shipping policies for information on shipping insurance.)


Replacement products under this limited product guarantee are shipped to you free of charge.  (Although you will be responsible for any charges for return merchandise shipping to us.)


Any products covered by this limited product guarantee must be reported within 3 business days of receipt (postmarked date). You must contact us for authorization to return individual items for replacement.  Do not send any products back to us without contacting us first for instructions.  Unauthorized returned packages will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.
